THE OUTLINE

"From Shadows to Light" is a comprehensive personal development program designed to guide you from a state of inner conflict, confusion, or pain to a place of clarity, purpose, and fulfilment. The program intertwines scientific principles, particularly from neuroscience, with spiritual and emotional wellness practices.

week 1-4

We work on the blind spots, find the shadows we didn't even know existed. I will be using neuroscience, as well as spiritual practises to do this. We begin measuring results from Day 1. 

week 5-8

Spiritual growth involves transforming our shadows into light. During this time we will look at what no longer serves you, what parts of the old identity has a hold on you. This is the old 'Ego Death' that so many talk about. There are 7 aspects of us that we need to shed when we transform. We will cover all this. 

week 9-12

When we walk through the shadows and come out the other side, we step into a new Power - this Power needs to be harnessed and mastered. We are now operating from a new spectrum. I will guide you step by step. 

We will measure continually. Every step of the way will be something you can repeat and track yourself as well.
